1. Who We Are

Vayora Capital operates vayoracapital.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. For privacy queries, contact us at [email protected].

2. What Data We Collect

We collect minimal personal data. The only active data collection on this website occurs when you book a discovery call via our Google Calendar booking link. In doing so, Google collects your name, email address, and the date and time of your appointment. We receive this information by email when a booking is confirmed.

If you become a client, we receive information about your trading account performance and deposit amount from Blueberry Markets, our broker partner. We do not hold your funds and we do not have access to your banking or payment details.

3. What We Do Not Collect

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. We do not collect personal data through forms on this website. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Analytics

This website uses PostHog for basic analytics to understand how visitors navigate the site. This data is aggregated and anonymised — it does not identify individual visitors and is used solely to improve the website experience.

5. How We Use Your Data

We use your contact information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule and conduct discovery calls, and onboard you as a client if you choose to proceed. Client account data is used solely for the purpose of managing your investment account and calculating performance fees.

6. Anti-Money Laundering (KYC) and Client Due Diligence

As part of our regulatory obligations under applicable anti-money laundering laws, we collect and process personal data to verify the identity of prospective clients and assess risk. This may include your name, contact details, date of birth, financial information, identification documents, and screening data to determine whether you are a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to sanctions.

This information is processed using third-party service providers, including our suitability form, for the purposes of identity verification and compliance. All prospective clients are required to complete this form as part of the onboarding process, in order to be registered and archived with London & Eastern LLP.

You can complete the suitability form here: Complete Suitability Form →

We process this data on the basis of legal obligation and legitimate interest in preventing fraud, financial crime, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

7. Data Retention

Booking enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months. Client account and identification data is retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with applicable financial services regulations.

8. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

If you are based in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data where no legal obligation to retain it exists
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

9. Third-Party Services

Your booking is processed via Google Calendar. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information on how Google handles your data. Trading accounts are held with Blueberry Markets — please refer to Blueberry Markets' Privacy Policy for information on how your broker handles your data.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last update.
