The use of PAMM services does not guarantee profit. Losses can occur without your manual intervention, as trades are opened and closed by the PAMM Manager on your behalf.
As part of the risk management framework, a hard stop loss mechanism is implemented at approximately 25% drawdown, designed to limit potential losses at the account level. This risk control is audited and monitored within the regulatory oversight framework of London & Eastern LLP. However, this mechanism does not guarantee protection against losses — in certain market conditions including price gaps, extreme volatility, or periods of low liquidity, losses may exceed predefined thresholds.
Vayora Capital manages client capital through a PAMM (Percentage Allocation Management Module) structure via Blueberry Markets as the executing broker. Clients open and maintain their own trading accounts directly with Blueberry Markets. Vayora Capital acts as PAMM Manager and is granted authority to execute trades on the client's account. Clients retain full ownership of their funds at all times and may initiate withdrawals at any time in accordance with Blueberry Markets' terms. Vayora Capital does not hold, receive, or custody client funds at any point.
Vayora Capital charges a performance fee based on a high water mark principle, calculated on total net deposits, settled at the end of each monthly calculation period.

Fees are only charged on profits that exceed the previous high water mark. No fees are charged on losses. Blueberry Markets is authorised to deduct performance fees directly from the client's account on behalf of Vayora Capital at the end of each settlement period. Additional fees may include spread costs. No management fee is charged.
A trial period is available with a minimum allocation of USD 10,000. Standard managed accounts require a minimum allocation of USD 100,000. These thresholds are subject to change without notice.
Our services are intended for persons who are legally permitted to receive investment management services in their jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure you are legally permitted to use our services in your country of residence. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services.

The investment services relationship between Vayora Capital and clients is governed by English law, consistent with the regulatory framework of London & Eastern LLP and Pelican Exchange Limited. The broker relationship between clients and Blueberry Markets is governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes relating to investment services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal or unenforceable, it may be severed without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
